As of Monday, October 19, 2026, the operators of RAMP4U.COM state the following in ordinary language, without reservation:
RAMP4U.COM has received zero national security letters, secret warrants, sealed court orders, or gag orders compelling disclosure of user data or the concealment of such a request.
No government, court, or law-enforcement body has required this service to install a backdoor, weaken cryptography, hand over private keys, or continue operating under silent compromise.
No RAMP4U.COM server, domain, signing key, or staff member has been seized, arrested, or compelled in a way that would make this statement false.
How to read this page
A warrant canary is a public notice that a service has not been subject to a secret legal demand. Many such orders forbid the recipient from saying that one exists. They generally cannot force a site to keep publishing a positive “all clear” once that statement would be a lie.
Treat this page as current only while it is updated on schedule and still says all clear. If the page disappears, the date stalls, the wording is gutted, or the next update never appears, assume the worst and stop trusting the service.
